• Ph.D. (Educational Leadership), Trinity International University, Deerfield, Illinois; Focus upon adult spiritual formation and development within the evangelical church.

• M.Div., Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, Illinois.                                                    

• B.R.E., Winnipeg Bible College (now Providence College and Seminary) Otterburne, Manitoba.

• Taught at both masters and doctoral level courses in local church ministry and adult spiritual formation;

• Developed numerous online courses using various platforms and methods;

• Taught pastoral care and ethics courses;

• Coached national and international pastors and senior leaders through their DMN project experience.

• Chair/President/Dean: I served in several administrative roles including Chair of Biblical Studies, President and Dean of the seminary and as Director of the Doctor of Ministry program.
